1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to QRTAGPLUS, a brand owned and operated by Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP (hereinafter "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the QRTAGPLUS website, mobile interface, or purchasing any product or service offered by us, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our platform and services. Your continued use of QRTAGPLUS constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

2 About the Service

QRTAGPLUS provides smart QR-based vehicle identification tags for Indian vehicles. Our service allows vehicle owners to:

• Affix a QR tag to their vehicle (car, bike, truck, scooter, etc.)
• Allow third parties to contact them via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp without revealing their real phone number
• Store digital copies of vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) securely
• Add emergency contacts accessible through the QR tag scan
• View scan logs and analytics for their registered tags

QRTAGPLUS acts solely as a technology platform. We are not responsible for any communications, disputes, or actions that occur between the vehicle owner and the person scanning the tag.

3 Eligibility

To use QRTAGPLUS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or be ordering for delivery within India
• Provide a valid Indian mobile number for registration and communication
• Have legal ownership or authorised use of the vehicle for which you register a tag

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

4 Your Account

When you register on QRTAGPLUS, you create an account that is personal to you. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your mobile number and contact details up to date
• Notifying us immediately at support@qrtagplus.com if you suspect unauthorised access

QRTAGPLUS will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.

You may not create more than one account per mobile number. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deleted without prior notice.

5 Purchases & Orders

All product purchases on QRTAGPLUS are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway
• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment completion and generation of an order ID
• Physical QR tag cards are dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery is available across India; estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed
• QR tags are assigned to your account automatically upon payment confirmation
• You are responsible for activating your tag(s) through your QRTAGPLUS dashboard

6 Payment, Pricing & Refund Policy

Exceptions (Sole Discretion of QRTAGPLUS): In the rare event that QRTAGPLUS is unable to fulfil an order due to reasons entirely attributable to us (e.g., product out of stock with no alternate dispatch possible, or a confirmed payment processing error on our end), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit. Such exceptions do not constitute a general refund policy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Chargeback Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a validly processed QRTAGPLUS order without prior written communication with our support team is a violation of these Terms. Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargeback attempts and to pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels under Indian law.

7 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. By using QRTAGPLUS, you consent to the collection and use of information as described below:

• We collect your name, mobile number, vehicle details, and documents you upload for the purpose of providing the tag service
• Your real phone number is never displayed to anyone who scans your QR tag — only a masked version is shown
• Scan logs (timestamp, action type) are stored and made available to you in your dashboard
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Data you provide is stored on secured servers within India

By uploading documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) to QRTAGPLUS, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to store and display them within your account dashboard only.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QRTAGPLUS for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose. You must not:

• Register a tag for a vehicle you do not own or are not authorised to use
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Use our platform to harass, intimidate, or harm any individual
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass our privacy or security mechanisms
• Create fake emergency contacts or provide false emergency information
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on our platform
• Resell, transfer, or sub-license your tag to another person without our written consent

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the QRTAGPLUS platform — including but not limited to the QRTAGPLUS logo, brand name, website design, QR tag design, software code, text, images, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform solely for its intended personal purpose. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform
• Use the QRTAGPLUS name, logo, or brand without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform or products

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP (operating as QRTAGPLUS), its designated partners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform
• Loss of data, revenue, business, or goodwill
• Failure of the QR tag system due to third-party scanner app limitations or network outages
• Actions taken by any person who scans your QR tag
• Physical loss, theft, or damage to the QR tag card after delivery
• Delay or failure in delivery due to courier or logistics providers
• Inaccurate emergency contact information resulting from user error
• Service Discontinuation: QRTAGPLUS reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or permanently shut down the platform or any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from such suspension or discontinuation of services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP (operating as QRTAGPLUS), its designated partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the QRTAGPLUS platform or QR tag
• Any false information provided by you during registration or tag activation
• Any dispute between you and a third party arising from use of your tag

12 Termination

QRTAGPLUS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.

You may also choose to delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@qrtagplus.com. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform and dashboard will be revoked
• Your QR tags will be deactivated and will no longer function
• No refund will be issued for any unused tag validity or services
• Your data will be retained for a period as required by applicable law and then deleted

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of QRTAGPLUS shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication with our support team. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India having jurisdiction over the principal place of business of Khush Dhankad Digital Solutions LLP.

These Terms and any dispute hereunder shall be subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all other applicable laws of India.

14 Changes to These Terms

QRTAGPLUS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

Your continued use of QRTAGPLUS after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
